The Experience Makers

The Experience Makers was a national college admissions campaign designed to showcase students pursuing meaningful career-based experiences through hands-on learning. The project replaced a legacy recruitment platform with a story-driven campaign spanning print, web, email, and social channels.

Work

Creative producer responsible for concept development, narrative storytelling, and campaign production.

Concept Development
I conceived and developed The Experience Makers campaign to reframe traditional recruitment messaging through a narrative framework that scales across multiple campaign formats and channels.

Editorial Storytelling
I conducted 15 student interviews to uncover authentic stories about career exploration and hands-on learning. These conversations were translated into editorial narratives and campaign copy aligned with enrollment messaging, establishing the campaign’s voice, tone, and storytelling structure.

Integrated Design
I designed and produced the 36-piece national recruitment campaign spanning print, web, email, and social channels. I also directed the photoshoot and visual storytelling, integrating photography, design, and messaging into a cohesive campaign.

Outcome

The campaign replaced the institution’s legacy recruitment platform with a cohesive storytelling framework that highlighted the impact of experiential learning and supported student recruitment efforts.
